Analysis
SCE’s Systems Analysts prepare concepts of operation,
feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, system specifications
and interface requirement documents to support the enterprise
life cycle. This has required involvement in end-user
working sessions, system design reviews and the performance
of operational analysis, gap analysis, requirements
analysis, and specification development. Also, analysis
has been performed to support Independent Verification
and Validation (IV&V) of proposed design changes
to ensure IT acquisitions were within scope of the modernization
framework. |
