Management
SCE utilizes mature management processes that ensure timely
and cost effective delivery of services that meet our
client’s budget, performance and quality requirements.
The foundation of our management approach is a commitment
to applying disciplined, repeatable, and measurable management
processes across all of our projects. The disciplined
processes we employ directly support many of the key requirements
embodied in the Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
These processes focus on managing the integration, scope,
time, cost, quality, human resources, communications,
risks and procurement requirements throughout the project
life cycle. These focus areas are reviewed continually
throughout the life of a project at intervals that are
based on the needs of the customer and the performance
requirements of the project. |
