Process Analysis
SCE’s Systems Analysts perform business process
analysis to define the “current state” and
“to-be state” of the work environment. Staff
members also develop software tools and applications
to increase information-dissemination and processing.
There has also been involvement by staff in the implementation
of technology enablers to address shortfalls in business
operations. Our staff also prepare training materials
(i.e., user handbooks and manuals) to support the transition
of IT solutions into the operational environment. |
